My Workout Challange - Excercise : Burpee + Running

Today lepas habis kerja..planning to do Burpee Challenge..Maximum Reps..dalam Time : 10 min..
Actually first time buat challenge ni..so nak try tengok berapa banyak yang boleh buat..lets do it.

if cuaca baik..nak pi Running..jom.. get ready with your running gear ok..

Sabtu, 25 June 2011.. Yunie ada try join AXN BIG CHALLANGE 2011 dengan cikhabibi.
For Qualifing round..we have to do Sit-ups dan Push-ups as much as possible in 30 seconds.. untuk peserta female, no knee push ups ok..so, we decided..me doing Sit-ups and cikhabibi doing Push-ups..finally, cikhabibi manage to complete 41 Push-ups in 30sec!!..OMG..i'm very proud of him..Me? only manage to complete around 20s Sit-ups..huhu..tersangat la sedih tak terpilih untuk 10 group untuk pergi ke next challange..but must fikir positive dan take it as challange..right?

i wonder..am i fit enough? is it running activity that i'm doing is enough to make me fit? obviously a big No!! Running je tak cukup..must do some workout also..so..this is it..i've to re-arange my schedule and have to include excercises in my daily rutine..MUST DO..

from now on..this date..i want to be more fit and healther than before..i challange myself..the truth is..I'M EXCITED..hee..so buka new note book to write down my workout activity..workout session yang pertama disaksikan oleh cikhabibi adalah Today!! excited and sweating like hell..hehe..
